Rodney K. Heiman, age 86, of Germantown, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Evercare of Breese. He was born July 14, 1939, in Madison, WI, a son of the late Lester and Bernice (nee Harrison) Heiman.
Rodney married Lillian Heiman (nee Casey) in 1993 in Madison, WI, and she survives in Germantown. He is also survived by his children, Butch (Theresa) Heiman and Ashley Heiman; granddaughter, Heather; siblings, Steve (Mary) Heiman and Sharon Heiman; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Rodney was preceded in death by his daughter, Terry (Bob) Kastie and son, Marty Heiman.
Rodney proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Throughout his life, he embraced an entrepreneurial spirit, owning three racetracks, operating his own tire business, working as a real estate agent, and later selling fire alarm systems. He was never one to shy away from hard work and enjoyed the opportunities each chapter of his career brought.
In his free time, Rodney could often be found fishing, hunting, golfing, traveling, or working on cars. He appreciated the outdoors, enjoyed staying busy with his hands, and took pride in the projects he tackled.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO with full military honors accorded.
