Huge thanks to Laura Beckmann with Doggy Stylz for giving these little fluffies a fresh look. The male we think may be a Lhasa Apso and the female a Maltese or each of them a mix thereof. They are sweet dogs both around 3-5 we assume. The male is already neutered.
