Found – Livingston and 7th, Carlyle. This little dude was brought in this morning. He’s not microchipped, is neutered, needs a nail trim and is somewhat friendly. Appears to be geriatric, missing some teeth and may have cataracts. Contact Clinton County Animal Control (618)594-4483
