“Living to Serve’’ are three very important words every FFA member lives by. What better way to showcase this than by volunteering for our community. During the week of December 4 – 8, Nashville FFA students created 10 jigs for the Washington County Vocational Workshop. This device helps participants keep track of the required number of parts to be packed in each box. Pepper Pontious from the Washington County Vocational Workshop Facebook page stated that, “The finished product is perfect and will be used daily at WCVW.” FFA members who constructed the board are picture: (L to R): Ethan Malone, Levi Huge, Evan Kroeger, and Kelton Roethemeyer.
