Dumped at Grasher Creek Access. – It takes a real “special” person to throw out a bag of dog food, knowing it’s going to rain, lay a puppy pad or two down and then dump a nursing mother and a litter of 6 puppies. Luckily, we had a few people call about it this morning and we were able to get the mama and puppies and get them to safety. Mama is a great dog, very friendly and knows basic commands.
