Car enthusiasts from across the region are invited to the 34th Annual Cruz-In the Dam Car Show Nationals on Friday, August 14, 2026, at Mariner’s Village Resort in the Dam West Recreation Area in Carlyle, Illinois. More than 400 vehicles from throughout southern Illinois are expected to be on display, including custom cars, Pro Street builds, 4x4s, trucks, street machines, race cars, motorcycles, and more.
The festivities begin at Carl’s 4-Wheel Drive and Performance Center in Bartelso, Illinois, where the first 50 registered participants will receive commemorative dash plaques and goody bags. At approximately 4:30 p.m., participants will embark on a scenic cruise across Saddle Dam II and the Main Dam before arriving at Mariner’s Village Resort for the evening’s featured event.
The public is invited to view the vehicles from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Mariner’s Village Resort. In addition to the impressive collection of classic and custom vehicles, attendees can enjoy food and beverages, games, prize giveaways, and live entertainment by Mudbone throughout the evening. The event concludes with a cruise across the Main Dam at approximately 9:30 p.m.
