Found – Pine St, Royal Lake. Black female ShihTzu type dog. Appears to be in season, is microchipped, but unable to locate in any microchip registries. She was found running with a Tan and white dog that wasn’t able to be caught. Contact Clinton County Animal Control (618)594-4483.
