Starting in May, this will be the process for signing up for low cost spay and neuter clinics. We’ve had a lot of cancellations day before and Doc schedules time to be there all day. While we understand that emergencies do happen, you will be able to reschedule when the schedule allows. If you need to cancel, it must be done at a minimum of 24 hrs prior to the clinic. You must fill out this form and pay a $25 non-refundable deposit. Once we receive everything, entries will be placed first come-first serve. We only have room for 8 animals per clinic. So, you may get bumped to the next clinic and we will let you know.
