On Thursday, May 11, South Central FFA hosted their annual Ag Day at the South Central Elementary School. They had many types of animals and equipment there to interact with and pet. Meggan Hiestand and the Marion County Farm Bureau came to do a lesson with ice cream for the younger students. The older students learned about trees and their benefits. Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District and Burke Davies sent us white pines to hand out with the tree lesson.
