Citizens of Breese, this is for you!! Whoever took our signs down, understand you are now in possession of county property. It is illegal to trespass on Railroad property, which includes setting up cat shelters. And feeding them. The railroad police are aware of this situation.

3-7-2 ANIMAL FEED PROHIBITED. It shall be unlawful for anyone to place or distribute any animal feed on public property, public easements and accesses to public property. It shall be unlawful for anyone to place or distribute animal feed on vacant lots or in unoccupied structures in the County. Violation of this ordinance is subject to a minimum $150 fine.
