Mimi Hawkins has been named as the Grand Marshal for the 96th annual Centralia Halloween Parade which is scheduled for Saturday, October 27. Hawkins is the Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Centralia. Hawkins is known for her tireless charity work on various projects in the city including organizing and helping feed hundreds of people on Thanksgiving. Parade Chairman Butch Mathus made the announcement at the parade committee’s meeting last week.
