Effective from Thursday, July 13, Lane four at the Shiloh Gate will now be accessible to individuals who voluntarily register for Scott Pass 2.0, a system utilizing facial recognition technology as an alternative to PIN numbers.
Registration for Scott Pass 2.0 is now available to Interested parties, including dependents, retirees, civilian and military ID/CAC holders. Registration is available at the Dixon Visitor Center.

It is important to clarify that Scott Pass 2.0 and the original Scott Pass system are separate entities, and individuals can choose to register for either, both, or neither option.
Operating hours for all three lanes at the Shiloh entrance will remain consistent:
Outside of these specified hours, the lanes will operate as usual for regular traffic and non-Scott Pass users. The availability of the lanes for Scott Pass use will be indicated by yellow flashing lights.
