The Fourth of July came and went, but not without a lot of family fun, from parades to catch and release fishing derbies. The Bud Davis family organized for the Fourth a fishing derby held at Catfish Pond at Centralia’s Foundation Park. Thanks to Dave and the staff of the Park for having a great place to enjoy family and nature. A whopping total of 157 fish were caught but all were released. Over 32 people participated, with prizes and awards. All in all, most people at least caught a prize.
The entire Davis clan, among others, got in on the fun.
