South Central Transit is excited to announce the expansion of the Marlins Public Shuttle Route. The expanded route began Monday, June 5, 2023. Services will start at 7:00 a.m. in Salem and continue through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
There are seven designated stops in Salem, two in Odin, three in Sandoval and one in Centralia at SCT’s Transportation Center. At 30 minutes after each hour, the Marlins Route will reverse, departing SCT’s Transportation Center to return to Salem with stops again in Sandoval and Odin. This same route pattern will repeat every hour.
Fares on the Marlins Shuttle are $2.00 per trip/person.
Clients riding to Centralia will also have access to SCT’s intra-city shuttles, Cardinals 1&2 and Cubs 1&2. These intra-city shuttles operate from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and fares are just 50 cents per trip/person.
