Dr. Brad Colwell recently presented the Donald G. Colwell Scholarship to Webber High School student Elisha Marlow. This is the sixth year the scholarship has been presented to a Webber High School student who is going into the field of education. The late Donald G. Colwell taught at Webber High School in Bluford, IL for 49 years. Dr. Colwell is the son of the late Donald G. Colwell.
