Continuing Animal Control Officer Appreciation Week, an ACO can’t do what he does without the backup of a strong Administrator.
Dr. Kenny L. Brown is our administrator for Clinton County Animal Control. Doc has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 50 years. His role is to make sure that we comply with the state statutes in animal control as well as providing veterinary care for the animals while in our facility. He also is the head surgeon on all of our spay and neuter clinics Doc works at Carlyle Animal Hospital during the day and has a mobile vet practice that he does in the evenings. In his “spare” time, which is very limited, he likes to hunt and fish. Thanks Doc for all that you do!!
