Local businessmen, civic leaders, and others will prepare their favorite dishes and compete for their chance at a Golden Skillet. Chefs face off in a fun filled evening where guests are able to sample a variety of foods from several different categories, so bring your appetite and tip money for your favorite chef so they can take home the People’s Choice Golden Skillet! Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and the program begins at 5:30 p.m. Serving begins at 6:00 p.m. Silent auction closes and live auction begins at 7:00 p.m. At 7:45 p.m. the chef and auction winners will be announced.

Tickets are $50 per person or $500 for a table of 10. Please contact the CASA office at 618-204-5453 or execdir@jeffcocasa.org for tickets.

All proceeds will go to support CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Jefferson County. CASA is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving children a voice in the court system. CASA volunteers are appointed by a judge to watch over and advocate for abused and neglected children, to make sure they don’t get lost in the legal and social service system or languish in inappropriate groups or foster homes. For many abused children, the CASA volunteer is the only constant adult presence in their lives. Get involved and help this group help the kids of Jefferson County.
