Lifestar Ambulance Service, Inc., founded in 1973 in Centralia, has just passed its 50 year anniversary.
Effective May 22, 2023, Lifestar’s current president, Roger Campbell, has announced the following changes. Ross Smith, a twenty-five year associate of Lifestar, has been named chief operations officer over their operations in Marion County. Ross is a long time trusted team member and will do a tremendous job as COO.
The present chief operations officer, John Wright, will move into the chief executive officer and president position, replacing Campbell. Wright has been a loyal associate for over twelve years with Lifestar.
Roger Campbell will remain as president of the board and has stated he wishes to slow down somewhat after fifty years. Lifestar would like to thank the fine people from the Centralia and Salem area for all the support given them through all these years. They look forward to expanding with more services available during this anniversary year.
