The Nashville girls track and field team won the Tri-County Invitational at Central with 195 points. Central was second with 99 points. Mater Dei was third with 80 points. Okawville was fourth with 63 points. Wesclin was fifth with 42 points. Christ Our Rock was sixth with 28 points. Carlyle was seventh with 17 points. Greenville was eighth with five points.
Carlyle’s Lera Schmeink was third in the 100-meter dash and third in the 200-meter dash. Sophia Lamczyk was fourth in the 100 hurdles.
Central’s Morgan Ahle won the high jump and long jump, was fourth in the 200-meter dash and was part of the second place 4 x 100-meter relay. Emma Taylor won the triple jump. Courtney Bassler was second in the triple jump, second in the 400-meter dash and fourth in the 100-meter dash. Emma Taylor and Courtney Bassler also were part of the second place 4 x 100-meter relay team. Emma Taylor was part of the second place 4 x 200-meter relay team. Lacey Voss was fourth in the shot put and Ashlyn Markus was fifth in the shot put. Grace Foutch was fourth in the high jump, third in the long jump and was part of the 4 x 200-meter relay team.
Mater Dei’s Alexis Kampwerth won the 1600- and 3200-meter runs. Isabella Hacker won the 800-meter run and was third in the 1600-meter run. Hacker also was part of the second place 4 x 400-meter relay team. Martina Zinesi was third in the 800-meter run. Carissa Litteken was second in the 100 hurdles. Kayla Zurliene was second in the long jump. Cameron Foster was fifth in the discus.
Christ Our Rock’s Sarah McKowen was second in the 1600-meter run and was part of the second place 4 x 800-meter relay team. Kylie Eversgerd was fifth in the 800-meter run and was part of the 4 x 800-meter relay team. Abigail Meyer was sixth in the 400-meter dash and was part of the 4 x 800-meter relay team. Bryanna French was second in the shot put and sixth in the discus.
Wesclin’s Abby Litteken was second in the 200-meter dash. She also was part of the third place 4 x 100-meter relay team. Lydia Maier was third in the 300 hurdles. Brooklynn McAllister was fourth in the 400-meter dash. She also was part of the third place 4 x 800-meter relay team. Meghan Gilbert was fourth in the discus. Hannah Bernreuter was fifth in the triple jump and was part of the 4 x 100-meter relay team.
