Jacie Bosler had eight straight service points to open the match as Carlyle took an 8-0 lead. St. Rose scored five straight points to get within 8-5 after four straight Kayden Barriger service points. Carlyle took a 10-5 lead after a Camryn Nolte service point. St. Rose got within 10-7 after a Loralie Schwierjohn service point. Leading 11-8, Carlyle went on an 8-2 run to take a 19-10 lead following two straight Ava Meyer service points. Leading 20-14, Carlyle went on a 5-0 run to win the set on four straight Camryn Nolte service points.
Leading 6-4 in the second set, Carlyle went on a 5-0 run to take an 11-4 lead following four straight Abigail Gore service points. Leading 11-5, Carlyle went on a 6-0 run to take a 17-5 lead following a five straight Ava Meyer service points. Leading 17-8, Carlyle went on a 6-0 run to take a 23-8 lead following five straight Chelsey Glassock service points.
